Feedback from the client

The third step in Good Translation Practice is the client’s feedback on our translation.

It is important to us to hear both compliments and criticism, so that we can get to know our clients better and adapt our production if necessary. Your feedback is especially important when we have used translation software, because unless you tell us about any alteration you make, you risk finding the unaltered translation repeated in the next project.
